I am Vilas Upadhyay, Founder of The Academy and Director of Manaswin EduCon Pvt. Ltd., Vapi.
A Practitioner at heart, I am an NLP Coach, Corporate Trainer, PEP Talk Expert, Skill Enhancer and Personal mentor based in Vapi, Gujarat.
My professional crusade has been built on one powerful belief: "Empowering Human Growth."
Over the last 17+ years, I have worked across diverse roles — as a Manager, PRO, and Corporate Trainer. This journey has taught me how to win not just the trust of bosses and colleagues, but also the hearts of workers, vendors, and Industrial Associations. My approach is not theoretical — it is practical, relatable, and rooted in real industry challenges.
What brought me into training? My own willingness to help others grow. Seeing individuals and teams transform gives me my biggest satisfaction.
The Inspiration Behind My Journey:
The habit of reading was inculcated in me from childhood by my father. I saw him remain cool, calm and patient even in the most adverse situations, all because of his love for books. That taught me a lifelong lesson:
"READING IS AN INDIVIDUAL'S BEST FRIEND IN THE TIME OF UNCERTAINTY."
I have gone through my own share of challenges. But my never-give-up and continuous learning attitude helped me master the art of human transformation.
